Refund Policy

Thank you for supporting House of Shapur.

As an independent author and creator, I put a great deal of care into every product and order. At this time, I do not offer refunds for any purchases. As someone just beginning to share my work with the world, I truly appreciate your understanding and support.

No Refunds

All sales are final. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be refunded, canceled, or returned. Please make sure to review your order carefully before checking out.

Exchanges (if applicable)

I will only offer exchanges if your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a major fulfillment error (such as receiving the wrong item).

If your item qualifies for an exchange:

  • You must contact me within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Please email [email protected] with:

    ○ Your order number

    ○ A clear photo of the damaged or incorrect item

    ○ A brief explanation of the issue

If your request is approved, I’ll send a replacement of the same item (or the correct item, in the case of an error). I don’t offer store credit or cash refunds.

Merchandise (Apparel, Prints, and Other Physical Goods)

All merchandise, including shirts, posters, prints, and any physical goods, follow the same policy:

    • No refunds will be given once an order is placed.
    • Exchanges are only accepted if the merchandise arrives damaged, misprinted, or if the wrong item was sent.
    • Sizing issues are not eligible for exchange unless the incorrect size was sent based on your original order.
    • All merch must be returned unused and in original condition in order to qualify for a replacement.
    • You may be responsible for return shipping, unless the issue was caused by a fulfillment error on my end.
