As an independent author, every order means the world to me. I personally prepare and oversee the shipping of each item, and I’m committed to making sure your experience feels thoughtful and cared for.
Processing Time
Please allow 5–7 business days (not including weekends or holidays) for your order to be packed and shipped. I’ll always try to get things out to you sooner when I can, but your patience is truly appreciated — especially during busy periods or new releases.
If anything comes up that might delay your order, I’ll do my best to reach out and keep you informed.
Shipping Times
Once shipped, you can expect your package to arrive within:
- U.S. Orders: 3–7 business days
- International Orders: 1–3 weeks (see below for more details)
Please keep in mind that these are estimates based on the carriers I use, and actual delivery times may vary due to weather, customs, or seasonal delays.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location and the size of your order. I do not currently offer free shipping, but I always try to keep rates as fair and reasonable as possible.
Tracking
You’ll receive an email with tracking information once your order ships. If you don’t see it, be sure to check your spam or promotions folder.

Lost or Stolen Packages
I completely understand how frustrating it can be when a package goes missing — especially when you’ve been waiting for something personal. Once a package is marked “delivered” by the carrier, I unfortunately don’t have the ability to investigate or issue replacements automatically.
At this time, I don’t offer automatic refunds or replacements for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery. However, if this happens to you, please email me at

Returned Packages
If your order is returned to me because of an incorrect or undeliverable shipping address, I’ll gladly re-ship it, but I ask that you cover the additional shipping cost. You can always contact me to coordinate this.
International Orders
I do ship internationally! Please note the following:
- Delivery may take 1–3 weeks, depending on your country and customs processing.
- Customs fees, VAT, or import duties are the responsibility of the buyer. I cannot predict or control these charges, so please check with your local postal service if you’re unsure.
- Tracking may be limited once the package leaves the U.S.
If your international package is returned due to customs issues or an incorrect address, I can re-ship it once shipping is paid again.
Pre-Orders
If your order contains a pre-order item, your entire order will ship once that item is ready. I’ll always include the estimated release/shipping date on the product page, but please allow some flexibility in case of production or supply delays.
If you need the other items in your order sooner, I recommend placing a separate order for in-stock items.
Digital Products
Some items (like eBooks, digital art, or PDFs) may be offered as instant downloads.
- You’ll receive a separate email with your digital files shortly after purchase.
- These products are non-refundable, so please double-check before completing your order.
- If you have any trouble accessing your download, contact me and I’ll be happy to resend it.
